I was listening to all these realtors on TV who wanted to buy your house for cash plus you didn’t need to clean it, maintenance anything, or pay any fees, then i was sure there was a catch, but I had to call.
I had been trying to sell my house for more than one years, plus no one was buying.
I called the realtor who had locationd the ad plus asked him questions, and he said they paid top dollar for any house… They would fix the house up plus sell it. That was where they made their profit. The realtor I was laboring with had given my house a value I thought was high, plus he had lowered it several times. She said he would not get paid enough if he did that, plus I told his I wanted to cancel our contract. As soon as I had the cancelled contract, I called the realtor, who was offering to buy my house. He came in plus looked at my house plus started asking a lot of questions about the house, and by the time he was done, he made an offer that was immensely less that what the realtor quoted, but more than what he was getting ready to drop the price to. I accepted the realtor’s offer plus planned to transfer in with my daughter… She had built an in-law suite for me, plus most of my furniture would fit, then what would not fit in my new lake house was going to be donated to charity.
